Groundwork Jacksonville Inc.

Groundwork Jacksonville, Inc. is a partnership between the City of Jacksonville, US National Park Service, US Environmental Protection Agency and Groundwork USA, Inc. and is part of the Groundwork USA network. Groundwork Jacksonville is one of 20 such trusts across the country, the only Groundwork trust in Florida and the first in the Southeastern United States.

Groundwork Jacksonville is the city’s primary nonprofit organization specifically created to clean and redevelop Jacksonville's Emerald Trail and convert contaminated land into parks, playgrounds, trails, and other public greenspace.
