Expo And Race Day Volunteer Sign Up

Volunteers are needed to staff the Runner’s Expo, which will be held on Thursday, February 29th, and Friday, March 1st at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds. Each volunteer will receive a free t-shirt. We need about 200 volunteers to adequately staff the packet pickup area. We would like volunteers to work at least two hour shifts, four hour shifts are the best.

Expo And Race Day Schedule for Volunteers 

Thursday ,
February 29th from Noon until 6 PM
Duties: Hand out t-shirts and race packets.

Friday , March 1st from 10 AM until 6 PM
Duties: Hand out t-shirts and race packets.


Saturday , March 2nd from 6:30 AM until 1 PM
Post-race Food area
Bag check and bag claim
5K  and mile finish line
Expo move out
Fairgrounds clean up
