Opportunities From: Florida State College at Jacksonville

1 in 3 Floridians are affected by arthritis, including over 16,000 children in the state! We are looking for committee members to assist in planning the 2026 Walk to Cure Arthritis in Jacksonville to be held on Sat. 4/4 at the Jacksonville Arboretum and Botanical Gardens! The Walk is the flagship event for the Arthritis Foundation and held each spring in Jacksonville. Volunteers on the committee can assist with a variety of areas including, event planning & coordination, securing in-kind donations, marketing & promotions, silent auction, kid's activities, team & sponsor recruitment & stewardship, and more.

Meetings are held virtually once a month. Join a wonderful group of volunteers who are helping the arthritis community!

The Arthritis Foundation needs volunteers to assist with the set-up for the annual Walk to Cure Arthritis in Jacksonville!

Help set up pop-up tents, tables, chairs, signage, and decorations.

Walk to Cure Arthritis Jacksonville- Event Day Volunteers Needed!

Come help volunteer at the most fun and family-friendly Walk event this spring! All to help arthritis warriors and raise critical funds for the Arthritis Foundation. There are a variety of event day volunteer needs. You can volunteer for the entire event from 7:00am-11:30pm or in shifts in between. Volunteer hours are available!! Areas include:

Come help volunteer at the Jacksonville Walk To Cure Arthritis on Saturday, April 4th, 2026 at the Jacksonville Arboretum & Botanical Gardens in Jacksonville, FL. All to help raise critical funds for the Arthritis Foundation! We are in need of a volunteer who will photograph the event and capture the magic that happens as we raise funds for all those affected by arthritis.

We are seeking volunteers with photography experience able to provide and use their own camera equipment. Your skills will play a vital role in capturing and sharing the impact we make on the lives of more than 4 million adults in Florida, including over 16,000 children, who live with the daily pain of arthritis.
