Florida Department of Health - Contact Tracer
Interns needed for part-time student contact tracers with the Florida Department of Health. Students will be provided with real life public health experience during a pandemic performing contact tracing while providing valuable assistance to the Department.
Students will act exclusively as contact tracers for FSCJ under the guidance of the Department of Health epidemiologists and staff. Students will receive the training and resources needed to learn the skills needed to perform contact visits.
The Department will also offer 1 or 2 paid contact tracing positions for a 6-month period. Students must be available to work a minimum of 30-40 hours/week, including nights and weekends.
Students must be highly motivated with excellent customer service skills.
