The mission of SPAR is to ensure Historic Springfield is a preferred place to live and do business by leading programs that drive the preservation, revitalization, and balanced growth of our community.
SPAR has served as a resource and advocate for our community since 1974, and is a 501c3 non-profit organization. We facilitate improvements in quality-of-life and work to preserve the unique character of our neighborhood, engaging with city leaders and law makers, hosting popular public events and helping residents directly.
