The two shifts available are (1) 8:30am -12:30pm & (2) 12:30pm-4:30pm.
The following volunteer positions are available during each shift:
Emcee (x1) - Outgoing person who can manage the schedule and energy of the day.
Gate & Parking (x4) - Direct cars where to park in the front lot upon entering. During peak times, help check tickets and gate ticket sales with another staff member at the front gate entrance.
Bartender (x1) - Collect drink tickets/ check wristbands for 21+ and serve beer provided by Fishweir Brewing.
Persimmon Tastings (x2) - Portion and serve various persimmon tastings during the event.
Food and Drink Ticket Sales (x2) - Assist staff in taking payment for food and drink tickets. Also, check IDs for beer ticket purchases.
Set up/ Break down/ Greeters (x2) - Assist with setting up upon arrival or breaking down after the event. In the downtime, act as a greeter to event attendees, answer questions, and provide general event info as needed.
Server (x2) - Assist the chefs with serving lunch and taking tickets.
Hydration Station (x2) - Keep the hydration station fully stocked with drinks, cups, and napkins.
Attire: Since this is an active farm, we recommend dressing comfortably for the weather and wearing closed-toe shoes since the ground cover varies (grass, dirt, mulch, and gravel).
