Ability Tree First Coast Vision Dinner Gala The Vision Dinner Gala is one of Ability Tree First Coast’s most meaningful evenings of the year—a time when our community gathers to celebrate impact, cast vision for the future, and rally support for families impacted by disability. We can’t do it without our incredible volunteers! Serving at the gala is a special way to make guests feel welcome and ensure the night runs smoothly.
Volunteer opportunities include:
• Assisting with raffle baskets and silent auction tables
• Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive
• Helping with event check-in and seating
• Serving food and beverages
• Supporting the program team throughout the evening ✨
Volunteer Procedure: To join us as a volunteer, please register through the Ability Tree First Coast website. All volunteers will complete a background check and then be scheduled for volunteer training. Please make sure you allow enough time to complete this process before the event.
