Throughout the school year, girls participate in our research based programming focused on our core values of strong, smart and bold. Girls also receive structured programming to increase reading literacy and daily homework assistance.
Volunteers should commit at least one hour at a time at any of our after school locations. Keep time under 10 hours a month in order to stay at a level 1 background screening. You can “adopt” one class or rotate sites/classes at one site. We ask that if you are teaching a skill or speaking on a topic that you rotate sites quarterly.
Needs:

- Read-a-long with the girls
- Help with centers

- Teach a skill or speak on a topic
- Help host holiday/birthday parties
