Yet workforce development for an industry that has been reluctant to change is a major barrier. What types of educational and policy changes will need to take place to build a true 21st century health care workforce? How can we address the impact of racial inequities in education? The panel also will explore how technology is helping reinforce positive health behaviors and how data is shaping evidence-based policy.
